"CSULB's AACF mens bible study this year was a great chance to come together to fellowship and more importantly study the word of God. Between our three bible study leaders, all had different styles of leading and teaching and it was so encouraging to me fellow students stepping up and being bold about their faith. Their diligence and commitment to spend time studying and sharing the word of God was so impressive and we were so thankful to them this year. Our group saw so many different students come out with so many different perspectives and it was incredible to see many new believers or people who had never read the Bible before learn more about who Jesus is. I saw so many young men grow stronger in their understanding of who God is and how to love Him more every Tuesday night."
"I was pretty consistent at women's group last year. In terms of my personal experience, I think it was a good opportunity for me to learn more about studying the bible, both old and new testament, with other sisters. It helped me better understand the books we read through by hearing different perspectives and commentary that we each took from it. I was also able to grow closer to many of my sisters by sharing how God was working in our lives and how we are each continuing to grow in our faith by applying the readings to our lives."
